  • Should I come washed?​​
    No, the shampoo process is the most important part of the service. I would rather shampoo you in the salon to ensure your hair has been properly cleansed and replenished.
  • Can I receive color?
    First time clients shall NOT receive color services. You must be a consistent client and have received at minimum 3 consecutive services.
  • Are micro links a good fit for me?
    Thats not an answer I can answer via text, social media, email or any other form of communication. You must come into the salon for a consultation where I will further decide if micro links are a good fit for you based on my professional opinion.
  • Can I get a relaxer?
    Unfortunately, I do not offer perm or relaxer services.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    As of right now, there are no cancellation fees, however, should they need to be implemented in the future, you will be made aware. No call/No show will be charged a $25 rebooking fee before returning as a client. If you choose not to pay, I will not be able to service you.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    Deposits are only required for certain appointments. If the website does not ask for a deposit during booking, there isn't one required. Once a deposit is paid, if the appointment is canceled or you no call/no show, the deposit will be forfeited unless rescheduled within 48 hours.
  • Do I need to supply my own hair?
    I do not provide hair for any services. If you are scheduling an extension service, please arrange to have hair available prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Can you color my extensions?
    Yes. However, extensions must be brought in at least 2 weeks before the appointment.
